The short version

We do not offer refunds. The payment of $100 is final once it has been taken.

That is only fair because of what comes before it. Building an invitation is free, publishing it is free, and it stays live and reachable by your guests for 24 hours before anybody asks you for a card. You see the finished thing, on its own link, on your own phone, and you send it to yourself and to whoever you trust, all before you decide.

What you are buying

One payment keeps one invitation online permanently. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel, so there is also nothing to stop paying for later.

  • Your invitation stays on its link for good, rather than going quiet when the free window ends
  • Unlimited guests may open that link, share it and reply on it, with no charge per guest
  • Your sending allowance rises from 5 emails to 1,000
  • Your replies, your statistics and your account stay exactly where they are

Why we do not refund

The moment the payment lands, the thing you paid for is delivered in full. The deadline on your link is removed, the invitation is permanent, and the allowance is raised. There is no version of this where you have paid and not yet received it.

The free 24 hours exist precisely so that the decision is made with the product in your hand rather than on a promise. If the invitation is not what you wanted, the honest moment to walk away is during that window, and it costs nothing.

Changing your mind

A change of mind after the payment is not a refund case. Nor is deciding on a different design, rewriting the invitation, moving the date, cancelling the day itself, or no longer needing the link. All of those are fine and none of them undo the payment.

You can keep editing the invitation for as long as it exists, so a change of plan is almost always a change of wording rather than a reason to start again. You can also take it offline or delete it whenever you like, and doing so does not return the payment.

A charge taken in error

A payment that should never have been taken is a different matter, and it is not a refund of the product. If you were charged twice for the same invitation, or charged an amount that is not the one on the page, write to us and we will put it right.

The same applies if the payment succeeded and your invitation did not become permanent. That is our fault, not yours, and the fix is to make it permanent rather than to argue about it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes a right you have by law where you live. In some countries a consumer has a period in which to withdraw from a purchase made online, and that right can be waived for digital content that is delivered immediately and with your agreement.

By paying, you ask us to make your invitation permanent straight away and you accept that the purchase is complete at that moment. That is what the free 24 hours are for: the trial happens before the payment, not after it.

Getting in touch

If you think you have been charged in error, or something went wrong between the payment and your invitation, write to us with the address you paid from and the link to your invitation. We answer every message.
